Tracking Shipments Reliability

Is it just me or have any of y'all experienced the "Unfortunately, there is no tracking information available at this time." message, even when a package is out for delivery?  It's used to not be this bad, but I've learned to just check my USPS Informed Delivery, which is 100% reliable.

Oh well, back to writing my annual performance self-assessment.  It's due by EOD and my creative thinking brain cells needed a break...HA!

Re: Tracking Shipments Reliability

I a call from QVC on my answering machine literally ever day (not exaggerating) where they've received my packages I've sent back to them.

I wish I was better about checking to see if I was credited back every package, but I'm not.

I do go to my accounts and look at them.  Lately, I've been sending everything back I ordered and lots of it I haven't even opened up.

I have a lot of grandchildren.  I've told them if they don't like something or aren't going to use it, to give it back and I'll replace it with something they WILL like.

Since I only shop mostly on QVC, it isn't a problem to know where I bought it.  I send people things all of the time (I like surprising them).

That was my new year's resolution.  I am no longer just keeping things I don't use.  I also decided to not give away so much stuff.

So, finally, I like the idea that the OP keeps track of her items.  I wish I was as good at it as she does.

@SurferWife

Give yourself an AAA+++ rating on that self assessment! You deserve it.

Re: Tracking Shipments Reliability

@SurferWife - I gave up on checking package progress via qvc.com a couple years ago; the details are rarely (if ever) up to date. Like you, I use USPS Informed Delivery, and I also have UPS MyChoice and FedEx Delivery Manager. I typically find out that packages are on their way to me long before the Q or other retailers send notifications that things have been shipped, and package progress is updated multiple times a day, in some cases.

@loriqvc...yes indeed...UPS & FedEx Delivery Manager, too.  I really like the new UPS feature where you can track the truck as it gets closer & closer to your house...it's pretty cool!

Re: Tracking Shipments Reliability

Awww, thanks @Beth-QVC! I always try to remain objective & ask myself, "would my boss agree"?.  I've worked for my current boss for so many years, I can almost read her mind as I score myself on all the key performance indicators!  Thanks for the A++++++++++++++!!  Have a great weekend!
