I returned something on the 5th, they issued a refund on the 9th back to my credit card, but it still hasn't shown up on there yet. Funny though, when I order something, it is on the card as soon as I go to that website. They need to be quicker on refunds. And definitely need to go back to where you can cancel and order, we have the right to change our minds. I am pretty sure it is the law that you have 3 days to get out of a contract you have signed, not sure why this isn't the case here.

WOW......i have NEVER had a refund issued that fast. my refunds usually take 2 to 3 weeks.....closer to the 3 weeks.

Hate how some posters have to try and belittle you for a post you wrote, like their's is the only opinion that matters.

@Peaches McPhee I receive my mail at the post office. I just take the pgk back to the counter & tell them refused. I have always been credited correctly. Not sure how the post office marks it. If you receive it at home, I would write return to sender, or refused. Your pgk has all the info inside the package, just as when you open & return

Maybe I am wrong, but I thought that once a package was delivered to your home, it is too late to refuse it.  If you happen to be home and tell them to take it back is one thing.  But I am not so sure you can take it back to the post office after it was delivered.  I will have to check on that.

@Puppy Lips.  You certainly can take the package to the post office after delivery.  You don't have to be home when it was orginally delivered.  Just put "return to sender" on it and don't open it.  I often just leave it for the carrier, in the mailbox like an outgoing letter.

@Kachina624So if you do that, does QVC credit you the entire amount? Or do they deduct the initial shipping fee and/or the return shipping?

@Puppy Lips.  No shipping cost is deducted; you get it all back.

Re: Tired of Q boxing me in a corner.

In doing that how do you let the Q know why you didin't want the item. I've called and it was to late to cancel, but wAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME POSTAGE TO RETURN AND WOULD PUT AN ALERT THAT IT IS BEING RETURNED. tHey WERE EVEN NICE WHEN i CALLED ABOUT A FOOD ITEM AND WAS TOLD IT ALREADY SHIPPED AND WAS UPSET BECAUSE i IT WAS STOPPED in plenty of time by me, AND WOULD NOT REACH ME.

@Kachina624 On rare occasions, I’ve ordered a few items within the same week. If I return the pkg. without opening, I won’t know which one I’m returning.

@Shanus.  You can identify particular packages by matching the tracking numbers.  Just hope they don't throw your week's worth of purchases in one box.  Again, you can tell if they did this by checking tracking numbers.

@BeccaLou.  You don't need to tell QVC anything.  They don't really care why you're returning the item.  I just write "return to sender" in big black letters on the package.
