QVC seems to be so out of touch with their core market, kind of sad. I've been a customer for many years. I haven't shopped QVC for a bit. They offer styles that are not what I'm looking for or are too expensive/have qualityissues for what is offered. Shipping is another big issue. They should check the reviews, and not just the postive ones. I decided a long time ago that I have no desire to particpate in social media. I can barely stand to watch a show with this new group of reps. You need to listen to your customers, make your core values: Quality, Value, Convience your objective/goal for the future.This is a shopping network, not a late night variety show that just happens to sell clothes and miscellaneous items.I watch a few late night shows that are really worth my time.I know a lot of young people will not agree with my views, but that's their opinion and this is mine, How much money are they spending on your new initiative. Good luck QVC, but I'm spending my money elsewhere.
