OP were you ever actually in Neiman Marcus, Bergdorfs, etc.? 

Lisa never made me feel like I was in any of those stores.  Lisa made me feel like she was selling stuff on a shopping channel.

One of her sales tactics was to always say something was "so Madison Ave." or "so 5th Ave."  I never ever felt I was in a high dept store when I purchasing my D&C Original Waist Pants w/side pockets or anything else LR was presenting.  She good at illusion.  Another sales tactic of her's was while she was presenting something she'd say, "I'm soooo getting this."

I can honestly say that Lisa never made me feel like I was in a high end department store.  Watching her was nothing more than watching a QVC host.
