@10000thnickname  You bring up really great points about QVC needing to showcase more of their online items on air!  I wish rhat there could be a "Not Seen on TV" series on QVC- maybe they could present different items in 5 minutes or make a fun QVC game show out of it.  Your thoughts and feelings are valid and I enjoyed your post.  I'm thinking good thoughts and rooting for you during your course of cancer treatments- you are strong inside and out to go through that.  God bless you, Judy and feel free to post whatever you feel like posting any time  Smiley HappyHeart

Thank you so much. Yes, Id' watc hto see something never shown before....something not Dyson, Shark, or Sketchers! :-)  Those are fine products I'm sure. I'm just bored with the same thing over and over.
QVC give us something new to view, please.

I'm assuming the vendor's pay QVC a fee to have their merchandise presented and showcased.   That  might explain the limitations and why certain brands are presented over and over.

I suspect that might be a fact.

@10000thnickname  I rarely watch because they have the same vendors over and over. I think customers start to tune away and don't come back. So your suggestions are quite valid.

I do wish you well going forward. Take care.

I agree. And thank you for the good wishes! You take care too!

I agree with you, @10000thnickname .  I think it is lame excuse to say we have so many items that we could never show them all.  Well, how about showing us some of them?

They don't seem to have trouble showing us hours of Kim Gravel, Susan Graver, Dyson, food products ad nauseum.

Why not have one day a week where they pull out some of these items and show us, the QVC viewer?  I bet people would turn in just to see something different.  I would. Oh, and don't spend 20 minutes on each item.  HSN has a segment where they show 5 items in 5 minutes.  Guess what!  There is more than enough info given to know if you are interested or not.  The big plus?  No time for family stories, life goals, or any inane chit chat.

I am sorry to hear about your lymphoma.  I am glad your treatment is holding back your disease, but understand how it makes you vulnerable to unwanted infections.  My DH took treatment for close to 10 years that kept him immune compromised.  He ultimately had a bone marrow transplant and was cured.  We are thankful.  He had MDS.

I hope QVC hears our suggestions for bringing out more stock and showing it to us.  I, too, am tired of the same old, same old.  Perhaps QVC needs a new age of possibilities. Woman Wink

Took the words jumbled in my head and made sense of them, LOL.  Totally agree.  I've seen hosts and models wearing high heels during presentations, but never see them presented.  I know they have them.  I've found them on their site and have even bought a pair.  But, we WATCH a shopping channel to be sold to don't we?  I don't want to have to dig through all the offerings.

Both QVC and HSN show the same stuff over and over.  Mostly, I just turn them on because I can't find something better to watch or I'm trying to escape something on the news, usually political stuff.  I often joke with my husband that it's shopping season until November.

Yes, I could turn the TV off, but I keep it on even when I'm not watching because it helps me not notice the ringing in my ears so much.

@10000thnickname  You're welcome! I want to see new items and more variety too- they have such a  huge website and a ton of items never make it to air.  QVC could try to mix it up and maybe even do a TSV from an unseen brand from their website.  If I see another vacuum cleaner TSV, I'm going to lose it haha Smiley WinkSmiley Very Happy.Great vacuums on air, but I'm sticking to my vacuum. Smiley Happy
