They stand by their word at QVC

My Duraflame went on the blink today after only 2.5 months of barely any use. Needless to say I am bummed, I love the cute little thing to death its so cute. Well I called and CS said to pack it up and call them back and they will pick it up and send me a new one or refund. Now thats pretty darn good. I think with service like that I might just be around a few more years to spend money.
