Hi Jackhound, my last return did exactly what yours is doing. Yesterday I went on my order page and it showed the item had been returned and the exchange item is 'in process'. Hope yours works out for you soon.

I've never seen the 'track my return' do anything. The return labels are parcel post and they don't get scanned by USPS unless you ask for it when you drop it off. But they don't get scanned as they move through USPS either.
I never use Q's labels unless it is a bulky item. I print and buy priority mail postage at USPS.com. It includes tracking and delivery confirmation emails sent every time it's scanned by USPS. And priority mail is cheaper than Q's labels. Fyi, you won't get the discounts if you pay for priority mail at the store or post office.

That's what I do ..... no more using the QVC return labels ..... the last time I did, it took 18 days to go back and get processed!

Thank you both for answering and for suggestions! 18 days is way too long for any return! I try so hard to only buy what will absolutely work so I don't have to return anything...
