@Lipstickdiva  I must comment that I had the opposite result.  The Q return label takes awhile to be picked up from the post office by the 3rd party carrier and then sits in Commerce CA before it is finally taken up to Sparks, NV where it sits for awhile.   This is always the pattern for me.  I live in an L.A. suburb.  There is never any different route.

@kjae  - I'm in L.A. also.  Returns have always taken a long time for me.  I'll drop off at the PO and it sits there for a week or more.  Once, it took over a month to get a refund.

My returns typically get picked up within 24-48 hours, which is great . . . but then they enter a system where they have the lowest priority for delivery and take an average of two weeks to crawl to their destination. It's really, really fun.  Smiley Tongue
