Where is QVC getting their technicians? The Dollar Store of technicians? There is never a day lately where something isn’t working. I’ve never ever had problems with other online shopping sites. Not getting the QVC app - annoying and junky. Trying to push too much on us. It probably doesn’t work well either.

Gee, not sure what your issues are....I rarely have problems.

Use Firefox on a desktop, my kindle and my android phone.

There are set ups I don't think are user friendly at all, but everything generally works fine.

Maybe try switching to a different browser?  I rarely have problems whether using Chrome or DuckDuckGo.  Sometimes there is a system-wide issue, but QVC usually posts a banner to say they're experiencing a technical problem.  I can't recall any time that I ran across an issue with the QVC app.

No it’s not the browser. It’s QVC. It’s their website. Messages come up that they are having problems. Often it’s if you click on an item in order status. But there are numerous problems.

I've never had a problem with the app.  It's the primary way I shop.

So very far from "junk", I have found it to be almost flawless.

I hear you.  I just clicked on an item to get details and got an error page instead.  Same thing happened yesterday with a different item.  Two different laptops; two different browsers.

I had a problem just a few days ago, and it is at least the second time it has happened to me.  I try to finish an order of something that was in my cart, and I get a message that QVC can not deliver to my address.  What?  That makes no sense as they have sent me MANY things to that address.  I think the issue was that it was now sold out.  Can't they just inform me of that?  Instead I waste my time emailing the social team, who tells me to call customer service.  Frustrating.

@Puppy Lips Do you live in California? I do and will often get the same message "cannot deliver to address" due to extreme restrictions set upon us by California laws. If I really want something I will have it delivered to family in AZ.

Re: The website

[ Edited ]

@misschristy   I agree 100%.  I am not a complainer and I never complain about hosts, shipping, prices, etc. but everytime there is a post about the website,  I make my only QVC complaints.

They definitely need to get a better IT provider.   I only having jokely said the techs have more fun redesigning the website and not enough time fixing the issues that occur.
