First of all...it is new and an advanced order....

Second...you can see how ALL the reviews (minus the FIRST one that WAS REMOVED) are in response to the inappropriate rant.

If you read through the "reviews" you can get a pretty good idea what the original review said....

QVC Mods, can you please remove ALL of the so-called reviews for item H227587?  The most offensive one that generated most of the replies is gone.  But why keep up the remaining ones at all?

Those "reviews" are like a little forum discussion.  They have nothing to do with the actual product.  Wonder how the Moderators let these slip through?

I don't think the moderators can do anything about the reviews.  They are handled by an outside business.  The best thing to do is to hit "report inappropriate review" next to the review itself and give a reason why.

That may not be exactly what it says, but it's something like that.  I'm going to go read them and do that myself if I agree with you all, which I'm sure I will.

I just read the review stating the snowman was black so apparently it has not been removed. I also looked at the video presentation for the first time and I see that the poster made a BIG mistake in writing the post or needs glasses. I agree that this particular post should be removed because it is obviously wrong!

Reviews are becoming a forum similar to here where readers voice their objections to what an OP posted.
