The Web Site

To those who make the technical web site decisions - I really don't need fancy bubbles coming up on my order page saying "Love it? Click to reorder". What I do need is a web site with working videos (all of them, not just 50-70% of them) and a zoom where you can actually move around on the object.

This just seems like a case of techies deciding they want to play with useless things on the site and forget about making it useful, and forget about losing business because of the features that don't work anymore.

P.S. It's NOT MY COMPUTER. If some videos work, they all should. They work just fine on other web sites, too.
