I agree that by limiting themselves to the same items shown repeatedly and year after year, with so few new products ever introduced, they limit sales to just new shoppers. Those who wanted most of what they keep pushing have purchased it by now, and so those seeking something different are essentially forced not to buy it here. Of course, no one entity can be all things to all people, I think we all get that, but they don't even make an effort to remotely enhance options and hence keep long-term customers interested and shopping.

Complaining about the lack of variety as well as the quality of the items on the Q, falls on deaf ears, and glossed over by eyes that cannot see. I've shut down my QVC connection.and have not only stopped watching, I stopped purchasing as well. More customers should do the same if they are truly dissatisfied with QVC as a retail source, the bottom lines speaks volumes even to those that are deaf.
