The QVC Story - Part 2

I just finished watching Part 2 of The QVC Story produced for the 40th Anniversary,

I so enjoyed this walk down memory lane. Not only reminded me of many of the fun things and ground-breaking moments that I experienced early on watching the Q, but also made me recall the historic events that happened (the millennium celebrations, 9/11), and brought to mind my family and friends with whom I shared these events.

And I enjoyed hearing how many of the hosts came to work at QVC as well as the introduction of so many celebrities and vendors to the Q. I remember it all so well - seems like only yesterday! It was such a joyful time.

Am looking forward to the next installment. I watched it on YouTube but think it's also available through QVC+ streaming.

I just watched on QVC streaming. I much preferred the days when the hosts had to really know the products and they didn’t have a brand ambassador for everything. I think it made for easier watching.

I'm watching the QVC Story part 1 now and listening to Kathy Levine alone is worth it. She is very naturally funny! I'd never really got to watch her when she was on QVC back then. I think I started watching after she left.

I would have loved to hear her and Joan Rivers together!

I don't know if they still delete posts with links so I will give you some info to help you find it. If you type in plus.qvc and then the dot com you will get the QVC plus page. Type A QVC Story in the search field and it will come up. Hope this helps.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.
