It is sad, the Q we used to know and do a lot of business with no longer exists. Looks like another repeat of last years Black Friday fiasco. The PanImage is a bust, 63,000 sold, 23% of the customers rated it ok, that is so sad. I no longer believe any of the hosts, they all applauded this and the camcorders last year. The Quality in QVC is gone and I don't see it coming back, we should at least receive some compensation for buying into the sales pitch and an apology.
