Just wanted to let people know that the 30 day return period begins when you order the item not when you receive it (Unless it's waitlisted). I received an item of clothing that I have been on the fence about returning and decided today that it must go back. I received it on January 31st and today is February 29th. When I printed off the return label, there was a note about being past the 30 days. They will still take the return, but maybe that is because I don't return too much. I know that everyone including QVC is feeling the pinch about prices and shipping. I will be much more careful about order dates in the future and not cut it so close in the future. Hope that this helps anyone who can't decide about returns. Years ago, even if I was a week late QVC was very good about accepting the return. I never was questioned.
