@GSPgirl, don't give up!!! That is your discount to use! I would give CS another call and hopefully you'll reach someone who will be more helpful! It is annoying when these coupons don't go through but to me it's worth the extra step of having to call CS because the call is free and every dollar off an order is a dollar more in my pocket!!
