Why are you thanking them? Isn't that their job. Of course,if you got it for free and not the hightly inflated price it was, then thanks are in order.

For companies like the big A, of course it is the norm.   You probably are aware that it is not the same case for QVC.  So I think a thank you is in order.  Rarely do I order something from Q and it ships that very evening. Now, does this mean that I will receive the blazer any time soon?  Hahaha who knows??  You already know the answer to that question 😁

Lucky you! I have orders that sit for days in "preparing your order".

It's great when packages are shipped as they should be until you open it and find no return packing slip and you don't have a printer if the item needs to be returned.  Then you contact CS, not once but twice and maybe more to find out the status.  Now it is another two weeks or more waiting for them to mail the label.
