Thank you for the replacement item QVC!!

I recently ordered a 3-piece set of the Poo Pourri fragrance spray.  When I received the shipment, one of the bottles was leaking because the screw top had not been secured properly and another bottle has been crushed.  When I notified QVC of the situation to see if maybe I could get some sort of credit, they graciously offered to replace the item for free.  Thank you QVC for standing behind your customers.  That was a very nice surprise.

QVC is great like that!

 

You should also post this in the 'Customer Care' forum, where the moderators will see it and pass it along.

 

Most times, customers only post about a problem they're having with CS, but seldom post about the excellent service they receive.

 

Glad they took care of you!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
