I have been waiting for a package from QVC and tracking it.  It said it was "out for delivery" Weds, the 22nd of April.  As of today, Friday the 24th it still says "out for delivery". When it says "out for delivery" I always get it that same day. When I called customer service, the very nice lady who helped me said she would send a replacement since I haven't received it yet.  Maybe it was lost in the mail, we don't know but I really appreciated the great customer service I received!

I’ve always had good service on missing items too. They either send a replacement or issue a refund.
