Thank you very much for extending any returns we might have to 90 days.  I rarely return but it is nice to eliminate the pressure of 30 days during the current situation with the Corona virus in our country.  I appreciate your thoughtfulness.  Stay well everyone.

Good grief...if you can't make it to the Post Office or UPS all it takes is a phone call to have the package picked up.

Many people don't have that option. I think it's great that QVC is offering this. It shows a little kindness can go a long way....maybe you should try it sometime.

I wouldnt want anyone picking up a pkg from my house. i want to take it to the post office myself & get a receipt with a tracking number. Maybe some people like the security of taking it to the post office themselves for whatever their reasons might be. Whatever QVC does to make shopping with them more comfortable for our seniors, and everyone, is appreciated.

UPS charges for a pick up & so does the PO unless it is picked up during normal delivery. We have a central location & our packages are  left in a lock box. Not easy to do for me as I have serious back problems. My husband freaks out over returns or exchanges. So until they offer shipping like they used to thru UPS I won't be buying.

Go to USPS.com and check to see if this service is available in your location, you can use their SCHEDULE A PICKUP SERVICE from your computer and even indicate where you are leaving your package (in the mailbox, front door, side door, porch, reception area, office, knock on door/ring bell)...If it has a return label and the pickup is during regular postal hours its FREE!!!!  There's a 13 lb limit....

I would think you'd get some kind of receipt when they came to your house to pick it up.

Years past I think I've had very large things picked up, but I don't remember.

I'm going to the post office tomorrow to send some things back and send some stuff to my daughter.

Why would anyone post a mean response about someone thanking QVC for doing something nice?

Sometimes I don't understand people.  There are a lot of reasons why it's difficult for a person to return something immediately.  How about this ONE reason.  Maybe he/she was to have surgery, but it was delayed and might not be able to get it back in time.

I mean there are a lot of reasons why it's always nice to know returns have been extended.

Let's be a little more considerate to people and not make them feel bad about responding here.

I've said before I think more people would post here if they didn't feel like their posts would be ridiculed by others.

If you don't agree, there are two ways of saying something....otherwise, just don't respond.

Or, do what I do.  Sometimes I'll bla bla (typing) and then I hit the delete button and it's gone.  I haven't made myself look like a fool and feeling weren't hurt.

As much as I post my bla blas, I'm sure some people wish I'd hit delete more often.

@Labby mom   Welcome to the forums.  I seldom return things to QVC or other retailers, but I appreciate that they have =extended the window for returns during the present evolving uncertainty during this health crisis.

Just ordered an item earlier today and received one of two items already that I ordered on the 17th and got delivery within four days.

Keep rocking on, QVC team!  And please stay healthy.
