I understand. Yet, as someone who has been shopping with QVC since CVN days, let us enjoy the fact that they finally got it right by offering narrows. Up until this TSV, those of us who wear narrows were either going to buy the mediums and hope they fit, and most times send them back because many of us are true narrows and mediums won't do or simply not buy at all. The return cost is not inexpensive to test and see if we can wear the footwear offered. All of this to say, just like they don't offer anything routinely below a small in fashion, let those of us who have feet beyond the sizes you are complaining about enjoy the fact we have at least one TSV offered where the manufacturer listened to those of us who have been formally left out and who have narrow feet.  They offer a size 12 and when has that been heard of for narrow feet?? We ask for things and then we decide to request they run before they have even walked properly. Just like those of us who wanted narrows and petites, including plus sizes in clothing, had to wait until they listened and got it, so much those with smaller feet and who are narrow. Like others who had to find their sandals by Clarks or whomever on the direct site, if they make smaller sizes, those who have smaller feet can surely find them directly. Yes, like others, they will pay a bit more, but if important enough for them to have the footwear, they should not mind.
