My dear father has been hospitalized and we've received some devastating news in regards to tests. I have since redesigned my dad's bedroom and added a twin bed so that my brother can sleep in the room at night with him and I wanted a PedicSolutions 12" memory foam mattress on the bed. The estimated delivery date was to be 8/27, there was no way that I could originally overnight or two day air the mattress from what I could see and I called a Customer Service Representative to check and she was so nice, but didn't think that I would receive the mattress any earlier because it's shipped directly from the factory. The mattress that I ordered on 8/14 arrived on 8/16, so someone got this order rolling and I want to thank the nice customer service woman that I spoke to on the phone and also PedicSolutions, I was not even charged any extra shipping fees for the fast delivery. I can't thank you enough! We have 3 other PedicSolution mattresses in our home and we love them so much, they've really changed our sleep for the better and we feel really healthy sleeping on these amazing mattresses. Thank you again!
