I just called QVC Customer Service since I was having a hard time ordering the D & Co. Smooth Jeans via the early special e-mail I rec'd. I couldn't seem to get the $4.00 off additional pairs of jeans on the order. I called Customer Service at 10:45 PM 1/19/12 and spoke to a young lady in San Antonio, TX. I am sorry that I do not remember her name but she was determined that she was going to get my order to process at the correct prices. I told her that I could just wait and order on 1/21 Monday but she said "this computer has met its match, I am determined to get this right for you." So I held on and she did it! Thank you for taking the time and having the determination to not just slough it off.
