I complain when service isn't up to par, so it's only right to say Q Customer Service did a good job. I ordered a ring and had to return it for a smaller size. They credited my account because the color was on backorder without notifying me. In the meantime the ring went up $16. I called and wanted a different color but didn't want to pay the current price and they not only did that, I also got my original 3 easy pays. So thanks to the Q for really good customer service. I'm happy.
