FYI just so you all know anyone can set up a UPS account to track a shipment and change delivery time and location. I did this

Thanks Jackthebear. I think my biggest problem was that QVC was practically ignoring me. Instead of contacting the manufacter or the shipper to see what the problem was they just kept saying they were sorry and have a nice day. I think for $2600 I deserve a little better than that. (Or for any price actually!) Anyway I sent a letter to corporate headquarters this morning. Don't know if it will do any good, but it can't hurt!
