The survey "flickered" on my screen, and then TOTALLY DISAPPEARED.....(probably deleted by my provider as spam).

 

In any event, I DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY SURVEYS.

@Venezia  I had a feeling that's what they were gunning for -- our opinions about the Forum.  I was completely positive about them and recommended that they keep it.

I find the forums useful in making a decision on whether to buy something.   In particular the TSV.   I like to see what others have to say and sometimes that has encouraged me to purchase.    That's what I put in the survey comment section.   

 

 Like others have mentioned,  they are seeing if it's worth the overhead of keeping the forums running.

I filled it out and under comments said the monitoring was aggressive.  Hope they don't make these forums go away.  Smiley Sad

I'd hate to see them shut these forums down, but I think they may be considering it.  I think it helps keep many in touch with what's going on with QVC (problems, deals, etc.).  And often someone asks for help with an issue; their are many on here happy to help.

 

I don't do Facebook and don't plan to so, if the forums go, I won't visit QVC so often.

 

 

 

 

I feel exactly the same way...I often purchase a Q product after visiting the forums. I almost never watch the Q anymore. If the forums go, I probably will also.

I tried to take the survey twice on 2 different devices, but when I clicked submit each time, I got an authentication error message.

Yes! I filled it out. I said it was helpful to so many the forums. It gives people a chance to express their unbiased opinions!

The Q should just combine the topics on the forum to just a few. There are too many now.
Wonder if that would make a difference? They wouldn’t need as many people to monitor the site.
I too don’t do facebook, this is the only way I would communicate with fellow Q buyers.
