Tax refund

I received an Email from QVC telling me that a tax refund has been issued to my account, because by mistake I was over charged on an item back in October. I was surprised because I would have never known or found out. I really appreciate Qvc's honesty. Has any one else been contacted about this matter? Merry Christmas to all.
