TSV

I was going to purchase the TSV HP laptop but I posted a question on Christine's Blog and my question was deleted, and when I called on the phone the person that answered said I would have to call HP customer support.

All I wanted to know was how facial recognition would work it the TSV laoptop was used as a family computer. Do you have to use facial recognition?
