TSV what happened!!!!

Today 6/10/2011 I ordered the TSV...got a call from CS saying that something was wrong.

Then all of a sudden the TSV disappeared from being shown? I tried all day to cancel the order but the site said I could not. Call CS and they said they had no idea what I was talking about?? Went back to the page of the supposed TSV and it was still there and not sold out. What the heck is going on. I just want to cancel and stop being treated like I'm the crazy one. If the item comes to me it is going back..did anyone else have this problem. At one time they said the blue was sold out...not true.
