TSV & Customer Service Issue!!!

Would you believe? I ordered the Aerosole TSV 8/3 at 12:15 am and after reading the reviews later that SAME day 10:15 pm I tried to cancel my order - but I could NOT!

CS states it was in the shipping process -REALLY! Not even 12hrs later in the shipping process. Now maybe that would fly with other shopping entities but believe me NOT with the Q. I have been shopping with the Q since 1996 and never, ever, never, did they have an order ready to go within not even 12 hrs. But all of a sudden the Q is going to be "on top of shipping" and (according to the cs rep) the "item is sitting on the dock ready to go out". And I' m a 6'0' model on the Q - NOT!!!!!!!!

On the plus side I'm shipping it back and not and not paying for it. Wouldn't it have been a lot more cost effective to just cancel my order? {#emotions_dlg.devil2}
