I was not one of the lucky ones who used the original.  I did purchase the solid compact about a year ago, although I like the fragrance it does not last.

@pommom

Same here Smiley Happy  I bought Tova Nights back in the late 90's from Q.  At first, I purchased Tova Signature.  I hated it.  Sent it back and got Tova Nights.  I fell in love with it.  It was my go to fragrance.  I haven't ordered it in about 5 years or so.  But I'm surprised to read that the formula changed.  Why mess with a good thing?

Or, maybe her suppliers of essential oils changed.  Essential oils can be tricky.  The scent can change quickly depending upon how they are processed.  Some are steam extracted.  Some are not.  But that process WILL change the smell of the oils.

I also wore Tova Signature for years, had strangers complimenting me on the fragrance, even the banquet manager at my wedding 19 years ago said something!  Smelled great and the fragrance lasted forever!  I haven't purchased it since it changed, due to the poor reviews, and have no plans too unless it goes back to the original formulation.

I used to wear "Body Mind & Spirit" - from QVC.

Loved it, and received many compliments.

Have no idea if they still make it.

I couldn't have said it better, LoveToChat!!  The formula has most definitely changed ... and not in a good way.  I've used Tova Signature since it first appeared on QVC which was a very long time ago.  The fresh, clean scent lasted all day and I always received compliments.  Those days are over.  Like you, I also wonder why Tova continues to promote this product as if it was the original.  What happened to truth in advertising?

Unfortunately, TOVA changes many years ago. Many of us have complained. I would never purchase it again.

Tova was my signature scent. Nothing I have tried since has gotten me the compliments that the original TOVA did. That ship has sailed, sadly.

I have to agree.  I purchased the solid thinking it would be great.  Unfortunately when you put it on it only lasts maybe and hour!!! it is in a lovely compact.  But guess what now it has no scent at all.  I remember purchasing solid perfume from Amway (some of you may remember) and it was the best never lost it's scent.  So I will not be purchasing anymore.  I am curious about Joan Rivers perfume.  Has anyone tried hers?

Well, I join the ranks of people unhappy with the TOVA changes!!  I wore only TOVA Signature for over ten years! Then my last bottle smelled differently and did not last at all!!  I stopped buying!!

I was so disappointed!!  I always received compliments on my perfume and men loved it!!  I often got stopped in the street, store, coffee shop etc by men and women to tell me they loved the scent!!

Unfortunately, my beloved Coco Chanel is no longer the same in the parfume form.

That was my signature perfume for a bunch of years, until I noticed the change in the scent also.

I haven't bought it since.  She lost my business when that fragrance changed.  And I was not very happy at all.

I won't buy anything from her, even her jewelry.  Smiley Sad

I wear TOVA Platinum and it has lasting power for me.  I may not be able to smell it after a while that I've had it on, but I know others do.

My DIL loves to drive my car because she says the seat belt smells like it.  I can smell it on my tops or pants (I usually spray downwards--no where near my face or neck) when I'm doing wash.

Just this morning, I went to answer the phone and I got a whiff of it, I was still in my jammies, it must've been on the hardwood floor in the guestroom from yesterday!
