THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

Yes, I'm yelling. I just received TWO more defective items from Judith Ripka. One was the OTO doublet bracelet with a very noticeable gob of something between the stones...this is a $300 bracelet. It's going back, I'm not paying the exchange game anymore, I'm tired of that.

Just received the set of 3 skinny bangles of hers, ordered smalls, received averages. Not only that, they were returns due to one of two things (or both)...they're marked as smalls and they're not or because the hinges are defective!!

COME ON Q!! If someone sends something back and marks down that it has a defective hinge, it has a defective hinge, don't send it back out to someone else!!

Shipping out returns has gotten out of control. Many of us on the JR Forum have received obvious, defective returns. There is no excuse for that.

I for one am tightening my pocketbook, as I said, I used to play the exchange game until I got a "good" one. That's nonsense, should not have to do that at these prices.

I guess I'll call the office of the President again....I don't know why, it doesn't seem to change anything.
