I have been waiting for refunds on several items returned for various reasons.   One item does not reflect any tracking so I think it is lost.     I called CS and talked with Tia.   She checked each item and issued a full refund on them, even the PJs that appear lost.   I have a post office receipt to show I returned the PJs but it was not needed.   Tia was so helpful and very nice.   Like so many other CS reps, I received great service.  I hope CS supervisors pass on my thanks to her.
