Why in God's green earth,would QVC send out my ring purchase with a missing stone?
So now,I have to package this bad boy up,return to post office and wait for my refund.Is product not inspected before not sending ?Anyone else feel my pain ?

@Luvsmyfam. Feel your pain but with the millions of items QVC ships, they don't have time to open and inspect each and every one. Fortunately most are fine, I can't even remember the last time I got a detective item.

Make sure you mark it defective so you don't pay shipping.

Sounds like quality control is suffering, but it is probably on the vendor's side of things. QVC would have a horrible time inspecting each piece before it ships but they should expect it of the manufacturer.

They'll probably ship it out to someone else because they're not very good at inspecting returned merchandise.

@Luvsmyfam I am sorry you received a defective item. I know how disappointing it is when you are really looking forward to receiving something. QVC is one of the best retailers though about refunding your money when this happens. Very few, if any, questions asked.
As for inspecting your item. I don't know of any retailer that inspects all items before shipping. I've received defective items from many other retailers.
I hope you are able to get it replaced as many times the item is sold out.
