I had that happen once many years ago with a blue topaz ring and HSN. Kind of shocking I recall. Who knows when and how these things happen?

Yes @Luvsmyfam I hate that qvc makes us repackage and mail back to them defective (or wrong) products that they send ti us to get our money back.  I wish they would pay me for the inconvenience they cause me.

Re: TELL ME WHY

@NYCLatinaMe  Unfortunately, there are a lot of dishonest people out there. If QVC did not request the item returned, many would "claim" the item is defective in order to get their money back with a perfect item.

Once you have a good return status with QVC, not sure their requirements, you won't have to return damaged or defective items. A couple of times I have had issues with items, very rare, and I never had to return anything. But, I have been a customer since 1986 and I may return one item a year.

I would never expect a company to pay me to return an item. It's par of the course when ordering online.

I don't know @cjm61. QVC has always asked me to send back items that they sent to me in error or are broken.  And I shop a lot here, return little.
