Having trouble with paying my Q card bill.   I am not able to connect with the Syndhony app.  Has anyone else had this problem?   Thank you

Is the app currently updated? Is your device currently updated? Have you tried using their website instead?

I usually access Synchrony from the QVC menu.  If you click on menu, you will see an option Pay My QCard Bill.  It will take you from the QVC website to Synchrony.  I pay my HSN Synchrony bill the same way.

I avoid their app and pay thru my bank.

 I just paid my bill through the HSN website.No issues .
