Thank you for your observations and experiences. I have never watched her and will when she is on QVC. I know WHO she is, I know what she looks like, but that is about the extent of it.

I heard that she got in trouble for something. Anyone else hear this?

She had a prepaid debt card that she said was $3 a month. But she added 18 additional fees to the debt card. CBS on Money Watch had an article about it several years ago.
She stopped it after a year or so.

No one has enough money unless you're a top movie star, gifted athlete or a billionaire! Probably none of the folks on the QVC forum fall into one of these three categories.....I could be wrong though.

I think Suze is going to be on both channels. Not everyone has both HSN and QVC.
Personally, I think she has a lot to offer for people with simple finances, or more likely, the 20-somethings who have no idea they now need to get their paperwork in order because Mom and Dad can no longer make decisions for them in an emergency.
A lot of college kids don't realize they need medical directives etc. My son is a 20-something and he does not have any paperwork in order. If something happened to him, I would not be able to sell his car. Or get into any of the investments he is dabbling in. That is her market.
She is worth watching. I also don't believe she does it to make millions of dollars. She has already done that. I truly believe her passion is helping people who cannot afford, or need, a financial planner. Thousands and thousands of people live pay check to pay check, and those are the people who need documents in place and do not need an expensive financial planner.
The living revocable trust is now good in all 50 states. In the beginning I do remember a few people having trouble with it as not valid. She has worked through all that (as far as I have read).
I would do the trust, and then have an attorney look it over. WAY cheaper than hiring an attorney to do it from scratch. Is it good for someone with lots of "material titled things", or big bank acounts? Probably not, but that is not who she is trying to help in my opinion.
