I haven't watched any of her shows in awhile ,  but the last time I saw her I didn't see a difference ,  I just tuned in and yes her face , cheeks actually are very puffy .  So either fillers or perhaps meds like prednisone 2huch will give the face that look .

@Kitty Galore    She's on right now with Pat,  she has not had any work done.  She has the normal aging signs of someone her age even though for age 71,  I think she looks good. She has crows feet around the eyes, her chin line is sagging and has all the normal signs of a woman her age.

@Kitty Galore   Maybe she put on a few pounds in her vacation

I think she looks great. She looks healthy, energetic and like a successful fashion designer who wears her designs well.

I've watched her over the years. She's obviously a woman who feels very secure within herself and happy just how she is.

She is not one who is insecure and keeps doing things to change herself.

I would be surprised if she didn't have botox and fillers. I think she will wisely do what she thinks is needed as she ages.

She looked different to me awhile back.  I can't pinpoint what looks different though - maybe something about her cheeks.  I hope she is happy with whatever she does or does not do to her appearance.  I do appreciate when women in the public eye announce that they will NOT do any plastic surgery or procedures to alter their appearance, but will elect to age gracefully. That makes it better for the rest of us and  Anyway, I like her clothes and have a lot of them.  The fit is always amazing for me.  I hope she continues on designing for a long time.

Susan Graver will be 71 on December 20 of this year!

She has admitted to having plastic surgery while in her 50's, so it is possible has has work done after that.

She looks great, surgery or not, but I do think she looks her actual age or even older. Her neck gives her age away.

She DEFINITELY had work done. Fillers or a face lift. Or both. But I'm still trying to get over the close ups of PJD this morning. Oye, vey!!! Why do otherwise attractive women do that to themselves?

@ChillyTulip   It is easy to answer you question.  They seek out the fountain of youth to look younger.

Women who go gray, don't wear make-up or don't dress stylish are accused of letting themselves go.

For some crazy reason, not known to me, it is scary for some to look older.  They are hanging on to youth and think looking younger is a target to aim for.

If you are a woman and just enjoy each day and each stage of life and don't push yourself to appear younger, you will be subject to the beauty police who will cut you down.

Women in the public eye really have a lot of pressure to stop the aging process.  Sometimes it works, but eventually it will backfire.
