It used to bother me but I like her clothes and I find them to be good quality so I have learned to just ignore it.  She knows she talks too much, I have even heard her apologize  for it.  I used to think of her as a bragger or pushy but after watching for years I think she is just a salesperson who really wants you to buy her line so she can continue to live a certain lifestyle. Take it or leave it; I think she is their biggest clothes designer by far so she is not going anywhere.

Also I am not a fan on liquid knit - enough is enough of that material.  She has some nice designs if only they were not liquid knit

@Irmasdc  It's the most popular fabrication on QVC you know.  People everywhere clamor for it. 🤣

Did you hear it is so popular that some women have gotten rid of their entire wardrobe and bought Liquid Knit?

Susan seems very likable and very nice and down to earth but she just talks and interupts too much.  But that is her job I suppose to sell her product.  Her clothing is higher priced but it does fit well and is high quality.  I have purchased a few things on sale (good prices!) and I am very happy with them all.

And, before she came to qvc she was in all the major department stores? And a little soap and water takes out any stain? I've watched too long!

I can't bear listening to her so I dont. Liquid knit looks cheesy to me and I've never cared for her line.

She used to drive me crazy but I guess I have gotten used to her chatter.  I only watch if there is something I'm really interested in.

What I like about her clothes is that she offers a lot of petites and the fit is good for me.  Liquid knit tends to not wrinkle and the color doesn't fade.  However it's not a fabric I will wear in hot or very cold weather.

I feel the exact same way!  She has more Petites than anyone else on qvc. I heard a caller ask Kim Gravel for more Petites and she said they are working on it. I have a few pieces of LK and it's easy care but clingy. Not a fan.

Additionally, she's the pant destination for the entire QVC. The fit of the pant has been the most important of her entire career. A pant made by a woman, just like Ryka. And also, Susan's an artist. She majored in art; that's why her prints are exclusively hers. You'll never find them anywhere else.

@Linda0215 And customers have told her that they have changed their ENTIRE wardrobe to liquid knit!
