I find that Susan does talk over the hosts too much. You cant even hear the colors or understand the measurements.

 I just MUTE the TV. Sometimes if it is too much, and I KNOW I'm not buying, I just TURN THE CHANNEL!!!

      Last week I tried to watch a "Susan" show, but her constant yapping was too much. 

      I did call CustomerService to express my objection to her rude behavior.  The CS lady told me that I was the second call - expressing the same complaint  - that she had taken that morning.
