Superb customer service from Corporate!

WOW! Q is great!

I received a phone call today from their corporate offices regarding some issues I've had with items being un-cancellable (?). I'd posted a complaint on another board and they DO read them!! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

What great customer service! A prepaid shipping label will be available to return the shoes I thought were cancelled but I got anyway.

AND....they are refunding me the price of a cake that I could not cancel 15 minutes after ordering.

The lady from corporate said they are really trying to rectify the issues they've had with items that are sent directly from vendors not being able to be cancelled within a modest amount of time.
