Do any of you think any one at the Q actually reads the suggestions?

Gee, I don't really know.

I do know the mods have posted occassionally they will pass the input on.

Either way, Q doesn't have to make changes just because the minority of the customers on these boards make suggestions and requests.

I'd think it's someones job, since you'd think the company might want to know, what their public wants.

If you have something you really want to say I would send it via the Feedback outlet.

You'll get a response from someone with a name and email address (at least that's been my experience.)

@qualitygal I believe they already know that even with the Forum, the public has a variety of opinions.   Mine is that returning to what worked 30 years ago will not entice me to return to buying more than I do now.

This is not really their public though.  It's a small fraction of potential customers, mostly one demographic and some no longer watch or shop here.  In addition, most of the "feedback" is the same complaints about the same hosts and prices over and over again.

Yes.  The moderators read the Forum content for rules violations so clearly they need to read each message.

As to what they do with the information other than their  regulating, that has not been disclosed.

@They CallMe MRWILKES  I have been using the Feedback feature here of late. Last week I had finally had it with writing product reviews, only for them to not show up in the product reviews after I was told they were "live." I finally contacted Feedback, and today the reviews are where they should be!

Re: Suggestions

[ Edited ]

Seems to me those ambitious, good hosts are too busy to be reading these Forums. Perhaps some on-line or Facebook? IDK and I don't care. Not on any of them. A successful host would have no reason to waste time reading the stuff written on these Forums. What purpose would it possibly serve to read so many women bashing QVC for various reasons (i.e. QVC isn't making making money again this Quarter" or the "Over 50 group's latest faux paux"? Any of the hosts are already aware of that nonsense without reading about it here!

If they are reading about themselves, they apparently have too much time and have not prepared enough for their own programs! Only a dysfunctional person would follow on-line chatter from a Forum or on-line/Facebook site. It isn't healthy or normal for salespeople not to have family and friends in their lives when not working. Most enjoy social activities and netscaping with other people a lot.

Money screams; wealth whispers.

I have written three times directly to the Corporate Headquarters with a name on the envelope.  Once I did get a phone call regarding my letter.
