Still having problems logging out of forums

I always log out when leaving the Forums. However, when I go to log back in I find that I am already logged in. Very frustrating. Not sure how secure this site is. I wish QVC would do something about this, Anyone else still having this problem?

The same thing happens to me. I log out and when I come back I am logged back in. It seems it was fixed for about a day and a half and then back to the same. I never had the logging in problem that a lot of people seemed to have though. It seems like there are ongoing issues.

I hope it remains this way. The shopping area of the site is separate from the forum area of the site. Your financial information cannot be accessed by other people just because you're logged into the forums.

Not this problem anymore, but starting yesterday when I try to cancel a post, I must click on "cancel" several times before it's cancelled.

I never log out of the forums but always have to log in. Go figure!

I've remained logged in since the glitches started. On rare occasion, I successfully log out, thinking things have been corrected, but NO. I'm starting to feel like the eternal flame.

I don't think it's a good idea to have any site where you're consistently logged in. That's why all sites have log out, in the first place.

@kaydee50 I haven't logged out or signed in for awhile, but this morning had to sign in again. This site is so inferior.

Yes I stay logged on even when I log out and I don't like being logged in all the time. A poster said it is separate from the order log on and I'm sure that is true most of the time, BUT I have tried to log out of the Forum and then when I go back to the Order section, I am logged out there even tho I did not log out of the order section. As I said ad nausem QVC needs a new IT company.

The order section has always logged users out within a certain period of time.
