Still can't get it right, Q?

I cannot count the times I have had an EZ Pay on Request offer and am told on the website that it's "not available on my account". I don't understand why a company as big as Q cannot find someone to take care of their website issues. It's OK. They just saved me some money because I won't call. If they can't get it right as it's supposed to be I'll just shop elsewhere. And yes I did get the card and am supposed to have another EZ Pay on January 1. That is today's date, isn't it?
