Still blaming warehouse issues

on slow shipping. Given that excuse again today by a CS rep. Did not know which warehouse, so this must just be the standard excuse. I am comparing QVC with itself and not Amazon and virtually every other online retailer. Qurate shipping has become unacceptable. I think it best for me to shop elsewhere as these QVC is in no hurry to resolve their shipping issues. I am out unless and until qrate businesses can get their shipping act together. It is ridiculous. Mods: I am referring to my most recent order. Don't  offer products to me (in my case, clothing) that you cannot fulfill in a timely manner.

Re: Still blaming warehouse issues

I have to apologize for being a broken record but here I am again.

I have a LTS that I ordered 3/21. It still hasn't shipped, sometimes it says In Process, sometimes it's Backordered.

I really want it so I'm not going to Cancel.  I'm very disappointed.

Re: Still blaming warehouse issues

This slow shipping has been going on for some time now and many customers are just plain  frustrated and fed up. Along with other issues like slow exchanges and defective, poor quality items etc. It does not seem to improve? We hear the same excuses. I have shopped here for 30 years.

I live in a small town and really depend on on line shopping. We have another discount store closing in our area. So many stores are closing. I don't really have a close mall to shop at any more. I really enjoyed Q and the variety of items to purchase and things I could not ordinarily find elsewhere.

I wanted to comment ,that I think this frustration is  leading to a higher intolerance and criticizing  Q in general and hosts, vendors, posters, programming and changes. So many irritations and annoyances. Customers want to see the end of the tunnel. It is said it is the smallest frustrations that seem to bother us the most especially when compounded and on going. JMHO.

@queendiva   Hmm, I wonder if some of the vendors have 3rd party warehouses, while others use the QVC warehouses.  I ordered the Beekman TSV on Sunday evening, and it was delivered on Wednesday AFTER being transferred from UPS to the post office.  There are a lot of big distribution centers in Southern California, and I'm now starting to wonder if some vendors are having their items warehoused by these 3rd party sites,  while the warehouses that QVC is managing are the ones causing the delays, with items "in processing" for days and days.

If I was a big enough vendor on QVC, I would use my own warehouse or an outside company to do my shipping.  There are some that manage many, many different companies stock within the same building.

Re: Still blaming warehouse issues

It does not seem to matter to QVC how many customer complaints they receive reagarding their forever in process items, shipping that takes weeks to get to you, slow returns and refunds and the disgusting quality control with clothing and other products also. Is there some reason QVC that you can't get your sizing set to a standard with your vendors?  As big as you are I would think that you would have the upper hand with how you want your clothing made.  I AM SO SICK OF ORDERING AND RETURNING ITEMS!

I live in a small town and there is no place to shop any longer!  Shopko, K-Mart, Penneys, Younkers, Sears, etc all gone.  Only thing left is WalMart!  I am not going to travel 200 miles to the nearest big city to shop when I am elderly and have health issues so I depend on places like QVC, Amazon, etc. to shop.  But when a company comtines to ingore the complaints by the hundreds from their customers and do not rectify the situation there is something wrong and that is you QVC!

I guess the only thing left is to stop purchasing from you and maybe if enough of us did, you would finally realize you have many issues to fix!  But you don't care about your loyal customers who spend hundreds if not thousands with you because there is someone else right around the corner to take our place.

Re: Still blaming warehouse issues

Everything (clothing)  I've ordered in the past week (6 or 7 items) shipped within 2 days and most of it has arrived.  I dont have a single item "processing" except for a jewelry item I ordered yesterday.  As far as I'm concerned, the warehouse problem is fixed.

@Kachina624 : not according to CS this morning. Probably just an excuse.

I ordered 2 pants- same style, different colors- on LTS. Showing In Process for days.

Perhaps posting here will get someone to ship my order.

Re: Still blaming warehouse issues

@queendiva.  I think the LTS have their own problems as far as shipping goes.  They seem to over-sell them, then hope they can get their hands on additional supplies or returns.  I don't even look at them anymore.  The CS reps will just parrot the "warehouse excuse" for months now that we told them it existed.

Re: Still blaming warehouse issues

This warehouse "problem" has been going on for years now.  At some point folks need to understand they will pay big bucks for shipping and it will be extremely slow!  If that's not what you want don't order from the Q.  Too many other options.  QVC and shipping problems are like the weather, you have no control
