Oh I just counted, and it jumps three times. So I have to sit still until it finishes the three jumps and then I'm good until I post, and then it jumps three times.

 

Can anyone beat my three jumps? Four, anyone?

My head hurts from the jumping and it HAS gotten worse.

 

I think the simple solution would be for QVC to eliminate the horizontal banners that pop onto the screen up top.  It doesn't seem like they care to remedy the situation however at the expense of their "advertising".

The jumping is less on my iPad 3 after upgrading to iOS 9.2.  I use Safari.
