Couldn't order online at all on the free shipping day. I hate ordering by phone. So I tried the live chat and was able to order very quickly. They must've lost a lot of online business because it was down all day.

Supposedly every TSV motif for 4/10/25, the Tara Windspinner comes up Sold-out for me? Nothing got saved that I looked at last night as well? Continual glitches?

I understand Tik Tok is THE place right now, but you won't find me watching it.

@beach-mom - Thought I would check my AD list today and my PTR TSV AD from last week is still not on there. Also, was supposed to have my AD bagels go through today and they didn't either. The bagels may get updated overnight so will wait and see. If they don't, I'll be calling Customer Service tomorrow. This is getting unbelievably frustrating as IT people today should be able to get these kind of glitches fixed very fast.

Thanks for your help @CalminHeart! At the time I was using my iPad, which I usually use. I went to my laptop, and I still couldn't find the item by looking it up by the number.
I could also load an item in my cart, but it still wouldn't let me check out. But I could do all of that today.

@JudyL - I can see my AD's, but when I try to open them, I get the spinning wheel then it stops. I can't refresh and I can't go back. I just have to retype "QVC" in my main search bar. That will take me back to the main page.

@beach-mom - Interesting. I can open mine without any problem but my new one isn't showing up. All the others are there.

What the heck is going on with the web site????
Every item I attempt to "add to cart" is popping up with the red "sold out" banner.
And this is untrue, because I finally went to my cell to order the TSV Clarks and it worked fine.
Ridiculous.
QVC ... you need to fix this.
Because you are losing sales since the web site has become SOOO unpredictable. Recently, wish list inventory says available and then you click on "add to cart" (even before today) and it then says "sold out" banner. It's starting to annoy me so much that I've given up most days and just moved on.
