@Love my grandkids - I also use the rebate sites but was unable to place the order after 3 tries. I didn't need the item enough to have to call in the order and lose the rebate.
Calling in an order is equivalent to paying all your bills by writing checks.

A couple of days ago I received a Spring Jewelry Gift Guide flyer in the mail from QVC. It has pictures of items with the the QVC #'s but no prices. There is a coupon on the back. for 20% off of a single item. I tried yesterday and today typing in a few of the numbers and I get a message that this page doesn't exist or the oops some is wrong.
I am wondering if this is because of the recent problem with ordering or did they send out a flyer with old products that are no longer in stock.
It's crazy for a retail company as large as QVC to have so many problems that take so long to fix and prevent customers from purchasing.

Last night I tried to order the D&C pants that were on at 10p. I'm starting a part time job and thought these would work.
So I ordered, didn't go thru, tried again, got that "famous" statement starting with "Oops". Tried again, no good, tried again, went thru. Guess what? I had now ordered them 4X! Ugh. Was able to cancel 3 of them.
They may want to think about upgrading their wifi!

The spring Jewelry coupon is not good until April 9.

I know that the coupon starts tomorrow. I was trying to see the jewelry on line and find out the prices. Some of the pieces do show on the website like the Firelight pendant and earring set. I didn't think that the jewery pieces would not be available until tomorrow I thought the coupon starts tomorrow.
I'll check again tomorrow.

@roeroe1005 I know when I went to the order, it had 9 items. I was shocked when I only requested 2 items. Of course, I didn't finish placing my order.

I don't think their website problems have anything to do with HSN. Why would it? They are and plan to remain, two separate companies. There don't seem to be problems with HSN's site.
I don't think it has anything to do with tariffs. They're selling what they have, or should have, in stock. Not what's arriving on some ship at some point in the future.
There have frequently been problems with this site, and with the orders. One glitch after another. Now they've been magnified to the point of impacting sales for more than two days.
They need to put their money where it's required of a good, reliable, secure retailer. It's gone past the point of being laughable.
@Etoile308 exactly ! They already have product tariffs have nothing to do with products a company has in stock, only merchandise in the future . It doesn't seem some understand the concept of what tariffs are.

Re Q, I call the number they flash on screen, put through my order, BEFORE I hang up I have my order email all UNDER 4-5 minutes.

@elated - Thank you for that suggestion. I will give it the 3 to 5 business days that the CS rep told me it would take and see what happens. If it is not resolved by this weekend, I will contact the social team.

QVC is currently unavailable comes up when I try to view my Saved Items . Been this way since Sunday . I know a lot of issues are happening on the website is this one that any others are having too ?
