Wasn't sure where to post this but I have never had any trouble with deliveries of my orders and I've been ordering pretty consistently throughout the years. I ordered some flameless candles which show they were shipped on August 10th and have still not received them. I contacted Customer Service and they said to give it 13 days and if I have not received them, they will send me another set, or credit my account. When I checked to see if the white candles are still available, they are now on waitlist. Has this happened to any of you gals that you have not received your order? There is no tracking number that I can check. It has never taken this long for any of my orders...I receive them within 3 - 7 days from USPS. I really don't hold out much hope that I'll receive my order by tomorrow. Has anyone ever had an order show up beyond 13 days?? Thanks, Reva
