Steve?

What's the Steve story? (Because, you know, everything on QVC is a "story.") Whenever I watch, no matter what they're selling, he shows up and stands around posing, nodding, and (when applicable) eating. Is he a host? A mascot? Are the powers that be trying to make him the next big thing? They seem to be shoehorning him into the presentations.

He's a host. He does many shows alone on QVC2. He is the "Social Host" on David's Wednesday show. Rosina is the Social Host for the Sunday show.

This is a position that has been around for years. When they change things up with hosting duties David always says it's sort of a rite of passage of the newer hosts to do the social gigs.

Everyone from Mary DeAngelis, Julia Cearley, Ali Carr, even Stacey Stauffer (when she was a host) have filled the position.

He can take over a couple I could name. He acts like he has a grain of sense and not acting childish and talking about 'stuff' nobody gives a patooie about.

Keep it simple . If you feel you and your family are interesting to the world then find a publisher and write a book.

I agree with you. So many have been social hosts for more popular hosts. I remember when Amy Stran was the social host on Monday night's PM style show with Lisa Robertson. Does anyone else remember that?

I think he mentioned awhile ago that he played Aladdin in Disney World. I can see that. Nice smile and always prepared.
